The staff was polite and helpful. I received a welcome gift including a bottle of wine in my room. There were complimentary drinks provided at a nearby location with castle views. Really good service involved free water bottles and souvenirs were offered.
The shower head faced the bathroom instead of the bath. I had to hold it to prevent the floor from getting wet.

Breakfast provided many choices. It was a good way to start the day with varied, healthy options. There were a lot of choices for breakfast, everyone was sure to find something that they liked.

The hotel location was very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. It was close to many attractions, with access by foot to restaurants, bars, and shopping centers. Public transportation was easily accessible.

The breakfast offered a great selection. I found the location convenient. All the staff were helpful with directions.
I found complimentary ear plugs on the pillows upon arrival. This made me think about the noise levels. The tea-making facilities were far from a plug. I think the hotel's plumbing ran along our ceiling. I had the worst night's sleep in years.
