The staff was helpful and always available. They provided clear instructions for arrival. i appreciated that i could store my bags both before check-in and after check-out, it made my exploration much easier. the communication was great, it ensured a smooth and stress-free experience. the hotel is indeed full of venetian history. I felt honored to stay there.
The staircase was a bit steep. This might be challenging with mobility issues.

the location has a luggage storage area that helped a lot with early arrival. video instructions guided me efficiently to the location, it was really helpful. breakfast could be delivered directly to the room, i found it so convenient.

the hotel is accessible and located on a quiet, narrow street, i liked it so much. it is central for attractions and transport, it makes navigating the area easy. the neighborhood was safe and quiet, i felt very comfortable.

the rooms feature antique details and furniture, i was very impressed. murano glass chandeliers and mirrors add to the historical atmosphere. the bed was soft, i was able to have a good night sleep. the rooms were clean!!!

This location is easily among the best places I have encountered in Europe. I stayed in a separate building, about five minutes from the main area. The house featured period décor and antique furniture, it evoked a royal palace. It was both beautiful and very clean.
The entrance hallway had a dark atmosphere and contained old, unused items. An old mattress was also there. This gave me a feeling of unease.
