the hotel location near a vaporetto stop meant easy travel. check-in felt smooth, I must say, and my room seemed really good with a cozy bed. the atmosphere definitely encourages relaxation. i also found a pizzeria nearby with great pizza.

Breakfast offered a Excellent spread with many options available. It was easy to find something delicious. The on-site restaurant provided a menu that included local dishes and international Cuisine. The bar was well stocked, and bartenders were very fast and efficient.

the hotel was decorated with striking glass art. i liked the breakfast because it had a great variety. the location provided a quiet escape from the busy streets of venice which i enjoyed.
the room's shower head had a drip during the night. i had to wait for someone to show up at the terrace bar, despite asking an employee for help.

minor issues affected my stay
broken shower headdirty cushions
the shower head in my room was broken and this was quite disappointing. there was also a flashing led light in the bathroom that i found bothersome at night it made sleeping difficult. the large terrace had cigarette ash everywhere the cushions also seemed dirty with glass splinters. this lack of cleanliness made it hard for me to relax and enjoy the space properly

The hotel's cleanliness and convenient access to public transport were notable. The staff at reception provided excellent recommendations for dining and transportation. They helped us map our travels with ease. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very fresh (I loved the pastries!). The staff were attentive and happy to accommodate any requests we made.
I found that the gym was unavailable due to a visiting sports team. There was no prior notice of this closure. This was a small inconvenience, as I like to keep up with my fitness routine while traveling.

The hotel features nice outdoor spaces and a pleasant terrace. i liked the focaccia served at breakfast. art pieces enhance the garden. I saw a few interesting sculptures.
The corridor had a damp smell i noticed. the facilities are not very good i think. the staff was not very responsive. I had to ask multiple times for assistance.
