dry pastriesmissing receipt
the breakfast was pretty, but it was not tasty. the pastries seemed store bought and were dry. the hot water in the shower ran out fast. also, the tourist tax was not told to me ahead of time and i needed to pay in cash. this was weird for a b&b, and i did not get a receipt

I appreciated the location because it was an easy walk from the train station. All tourist attractions were accessible by foot, and getting around was simple. The breakfast provided was good and Gianluca was very accommodating. I found the courtyard where the community gathers interesting.
The air conditioning did not cool as expected (even at night). It was pretty hot.

The staff was very helpful. My room was beautiful and well kept. The breakfast service delivered to the room was prompt and delicious each morning. Luca was especially kind and patient, providing detailed information for a smooth check-in.
The water in the shower did not stay hot for very long.

The breakfast came directly to the room! Fresh pastries made it a really great meal. I noticed a delicious breakfast was served each morning. I found the host responsive and also accommodating when I asked about checking in a bit earlier.
The single pillow provided was not enough. I would have liked an extra pillow. It was a minor inconvenience, though.
