was pretty good
great location helpful staff modern bathroom
the location was convenient, a short walk from the train station. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the room was modern and super clean, including the bathroom (i especially appreciated the silent ac unit).
the water in the shower did not always stay hot for a long time.

the hotel features a quiet piazza away from throngs of people. it offers easy access to the grand canal, approximately a five-minute walk. there are some steps to the rooms.

dry pastries missing receipt
the breakfast was pretty, but it was not tasty. the pastries seemed store bought and were dry. the hot water in the shower ran out fast. also, the tourist tax was not told to me ahead of time and i needed to pay in cash. this was weird for a b&b, and i did not get a receipt

Charming Stay in a Quiet Corner
train station tourist attractions breakfast spread
I appreciated the location because it was an easy walk from the train station. All tourist attractions were accessible by foot, and getting around was simple. The breakfast provided was good and Gianluca was very accommodating. I found the courtyard where the community gathers interesting.
The air conditioning did not cool as expected (even at night). It was pretty hot.

fresh pastries accomodating host
The breakfast came directly to the room! Fresh pastries made it a really great meal. I noticed a delicious breakfast was served each morning. I found the host responsive and also accommodating when I asked about checking in a bit earlier.
The single pillow provided was not enough. I would have liked an extra pillow. It was a minor inconvenience, though.
