amazing stay, highly recommend!
central location many tasty choices efficient staff
I loved the central location. It was so easy to walk to all the attractions! the hotel facilities were clean! the breakfast offered so many choices! the hotel staff were cordial and efficient, especially paolo and leo at the front desk, they were great. i really recommend this hotel and i won't hesitate to return.
The windows weren't insulated well. Street noise bothered me though!

The hotel is centrally located. It is easy to walk to many attractions! it is close to the train station! you can easily walk to points of interests. there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby.

the hotel has a bar where i enjoyed drinks! i found the hotel facilities very clean! the hotel has afternoon tea from 2-9! you can catch a cup of tea or coffee, it's awesome.

the breakfast was included and there was a fair spread for it being free! there were nice additional touches, like welcome drinks. there was also coffee and cake from noon until evening at no extra charge!

new facilities excellent staff central location
this hotel is very new. the staff was excellent. i appreciated the extras like the welcome drink and the departure cookies. the location was central so i walked to many attractions.
The windows could have been better insulated. I noticed some street noise.

the hotel offers modern rooms equipped with complimentary bathrobes and slippers. i saw macarons provided upon arrival. complimentary fruit was available at the reception. a free welcome drink started my visit in a great way.

great location spacious bathroom decent breakfast uneven bed hollow spots switched off mini-bar
The location was great, near shops and things to see. the bathroom had a spacious design. the breakfast was decent. It included a typical continental selection.
The negatives are surprisingly many. my bed felt uneven. It had hollow spots on one side. the room i booked claimed to have a mini-bar fridge, though it was switched off. I had to ask for it to be turned on.

A Centrally Located Stay
modern decor helpful information limited storage poor lighting
The hotel is near many attractions. It made sightseeing very easy. The staff provided helpful information and directions. They ensured I felt welcome. The room had modern decor and a very clean design.
The room I had was rather small. Storage space was limited, and it lacked a comfortable chair. The lighting system was not ideal. There were no dedicated reading lights. Some overhead lights were not working. This made navigating to the bathroom at night a bit difficult.

amazing location spacious room friendly staff
the location was amazing. it was a short walk to sao bento station, a real plus. our beautiful double or twin room was spacious and very clean, great to easily manage our luggage. the staff were friendly, offering assistance whenever needed.
i found the wardrobe in the room a bit small.

unfixed safe small breakfast room
The hotel did have some issues. The safe in my room did not work and I reported it, but nothing was done . I found the breakfast room too small. It felt cramped during peak hours. It seemed like not enough staff were available to quickly replenish items, though the food quality was good.
