The hotel provided a supremely clean room and meticulous cleaning service. I also appreciated the staff's dedication. When I needed something, they found it quickly. This level of care. The location is also very convenient, very close to the city center and railway station.
I encountered a minor issue with the hotel breakfast area. It seemed a bit too small considering the number of guests it needed to accommodate. This resulted in some crowding, especially during peak hours, slightly inconvenient.

The staff were very friendly.
The room had some issues. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to overflow. the bed was uneven with springs that poked through, a real discomfort, and the air conditioning was ineffective

i had a spacious and clean room. the location downtown was super useful (everything was in walking distance!). i especially appreciated the diverse breakfast offerings including healthy choices and excellent coffee. the thoughtful welcome gift from the hotel manager.
the hallways were a bit dim, as the lights are motion activated.

the hotel offers a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and several stationary bikes, perfect for maintaining a workout routine. there is also a business center available with printing and computer facilities needing to work remotely. i also noticed a luggage storage service, allowing guests to explore the city without their bags.
