the room had a balcony with two chairs and a table. it faced the loch. i found an iron, ironing board, and chiller with still and sparkling water. tea, coffee and hot chocolate were also available.
the entrance was a little grubby.

The location offered beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The room size was larger than expected, so there was plenty of space. The staff was friendly and helpful. They promptly addressed all our requests. I found the surroundings tranquil.
The coffee machine in the room was a little complicated to use at first. It took some time to figure it out.

Reception provided all necessary information upon arrival. The staff quickly addressed dietary requirements, and gluten-free options were readily available. All requests were handled efficiently and with a smile.

the room had a nespresso machine, a nice bonus. the hotel offers lovely views and sits right next to a charming town. breakfast included good food, well cooked and using quality ingredients.
the entrance to the spa is tucked away near conference rooms. it doesn't feel like a great experience on arrival.
