helpful staffwater dispenserfresh pastrynice balcony
the reception staff was always ready to help with directions and information. i found a convenient water dispenser downstairs (a lifesaver after a long day). breakfast had a delicious range of options, especially the fresh pastries. my room included a nice balcony, i really enjoyed it.
the sound from the trams running on the street was noticeable at times.

The hotel is near shops and a nice restaurant is nearby and a short walk away. moving around is easy with metro access. The duomo and castello sforza are quickly reachable (it's very convenient).

the breakfast included a great variety, i found it to be very satisfying. i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and coffee, everything was well-prepared and tasty (especially the cappuccino!).
