helpful service friendly staff cooked breakfast small room no elevator dirty carpet
The staff provided helpful service and were very friendly. I enjoyed the cooked breakfast each morning. The location was convenient. It was close to many places.
The room I got was small for the price I paid. There was no elevator. The carpet looked not clean.

The location was convenient. It was close to public transport. Staff at the desk were friendly. Breakfast service was available.
My room was quite small. There was no lift, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. The stair carpet seemed a little worn.

street noise thin walls
the room felt stuffy I couldn't adjust the temperature it was either too hot or too cold a consistent temperature was hard to maintain i also found the noise from the street quite bothersome even with the windows closed it made it difficult to sleep soundly the thin walls didn't help either i could hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

Breakfast included sufficient food. Staff members helped me with directions. I appreciated the room's cleanliness. The location near Victoria Station simplified transportation. I found the staff helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was filling and tasty.

the staff was really helpful. i especially appreciated the detailed map they marked up for us with bus routes, this was really convenient. luggage storage before check-in was also available , , made my arrival seamless.

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. they gave clear directions and advice on local transport options. the location suited my needs. It was near victoria station.
The room i had was quite small, and it felt a bit cramped with luggage. the bathroom was particularly tiny. I struggled a bit with space there.
