street noisethin walls
the room felt stuffy I couldn't adjust the temperature it was either too hot or too cold a consistent temperature was hard to maintain i also found the noise from the street quite bothersome even with the windows closed it made it difficult to sleep soundly the thin walls didn't help either i could hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

the staff was really helpful. i especially appreciated the detailed map they marked up for us with bus routes, this was really convenient. luggage storage before check-in was also available , , made my arrival seamless.

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. they gave clear directions and advice on local transport options. the location suited my needs. It was near victoria station.
The room i had was quite small, and it felt a bit cramped with luggage. the bathroom was particularly tiny. I struggled a bit with space there.
