good breakfast friendly staff small elevator broken air conditioning
the location was excellent i thought the breakfast was very good. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the staff were very friendly to me.
The elevator was quite small i found. the air conditioning did not work i noticed. the hotel provided fans.

claustrophobic lift sparking sockets
the location was acceptable. it did the job.
The lift barely fit one person. Claustrophobes beware. the breakfast setup was comical. One person washed dishes and served, juggling roles like a circus performer. old sockets sparked. I almost lit up the room.

A Charming Stay in a Perfect location
friendly staff clean bedding nice refreshment no laundry
Our stay lasted four nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. They all spoke English. The bedding and towels were all clean. Refreshments were a nice touch. There were coffee and little treats in the foyer. I did notice there was no laundry service, so i planned accordingly.
The elevator was small, REALLY small. it's barely big enough for ONE person with a suitcase.

Our family room included two double beds and a small seating area. It was clean. The bathroom was equipped with a shower and provided basic toiletries. i thought that the room also had blackout curtains, which ensured restful sleep.

Breakfast included croissants, bread, cheeses, and fruit. Coffee and tea were available. i was happy that there was also a selection of juices. The breakfast area was clean and well-kept.
Location

The location was near Notre Dame and multiple metro stations. I found that several restaurants and cafes were nearby. The area felt safe and was relatively quiet at night. i could walk everywhere.

The reception staff provided maps and directions. Staff members were helpful and responsive to our requests. I did appreciate their willingness to answer questions and provide recommendations. They helped me with my bags.

The hotel had an elevator. It was a small one. Free Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel. i thought that the hotel also offered a luggage storage service. This was convenient. Air conditioning worked GREAT.

Wonderful Short Stay
room upgrade easy access dining options
My room got upgraded when I arrived, I never even asked. The location meant easy access to the metro. The Latin Quarter nearby offered lots of dining options. I enjoyed my stay a lot.
The lift only goes to the fifth floor so I had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs.

The ground floor felt very cosy. Lemon water, tea and coffee were constantly available at reception. Baggage storage is available, it's useful for the last day.

The room included a little balcony with rooftop views. There were two comfortable single beds in the room. The bathroom seemed spacious enough and generous.

The receptionist seemed very cute and knew about my gluten-free breakfast request. The staff felt kind and helpful and breakfast offered various options. They looked very nice.

The location was quite good. The area has a nice vibe and many restaurants. Notre Dame and the Seine riverfront are within walking distance from here.

Breakfast is available from 7:30 AM until 11 AM daily. There were plentiful gluten-free choices and soya milk. Vegan options included nuts, dried fruits, and juice.
