I also found the room to be spacious and clean upon arrival. The tall ceiling was a NICE surprise.
The hotel did not provide instructions for the coffee machine in the room. I also noticed the shower had a leak onto the floor the one time i used it. I hope this is adressed.

The location was very convenient. It was near the train station and shopping areas. the room we had was quite spacious and included nice amenities. i found the super king bed especially comfortable (i slept like a baby!).
i found that the friendliness at the front desk could use some improvement. it was also quite cold there, and the air conditioning in my room did not seem to work.

the pool is a bit small, but i observed it did have limited seating with only two relaxation chairs available. the hamman was not working and the hot tub had lukewarm water, a little disappointing.

the reception staff was efficient and spoke english well. they seemed knowledgeable about the area and offered assistance when i asked for directions. the bar staff was cute and provided prompt service.

the room was spacious and clean, complete with a large shower and quality towels. i noted it included a robe and slippers, yet the decor felt more functional than luxurious. the bed provided really good comfort.
