the staff were friendly, they helped with directions! i appreciated the complimentary drinks in the minibar, a nice touch. the hotel offered convenient access to public transportation because it was very near a large transport hub. my room was clean and included good storage.
the room faced a busy street. it got a little noisy at times!

The breakfast had excellent quality. The taste was wonderful. I enjoyed it. The hotel is conveniently located near public transport. A nearby store provided easy access to necessities.
The staff seemed unhelpful. They pushed back on small requests, such as a water bottle. There looked to be no functional air conditioning. The room felt hot. I noticed bad vibes from the staff.
