efficient processdecent sizecomplimentary drinks
i arrived late, and the check-in process after hours was quite efficient using a phone call. the room was a decent size , and it included a coffee machine and a fridge. the hotel provided complimentary hot drinks via a coffee machine in the lobby , which i appreciated.
the bed in my room was a little SMALL , considering the overall room size.

the staff was pleasant. unlimited free coffee was available in the lobby, a great perk.
The small double bed was an issue. It felt cramped. housekeeping didnt change towels daily. the plug sockets were also too small for my adapter.

friendly staffaccommodating staffshort tram
the staff were friendly and helpful. eric was very accommodating on our check out times and kept our luggage. we explored after check out. the location was great for the event. a short tram ride took us to the city.
the bed is a little small given the room size. it's located on a quieter side of town, a little far from central, but public transport is accessible. the ventilation is poor, reception, hallways, rooms all feel stuffy and hot!

the staff was friendly enough
the room was too warm it only had a small fan no air conditioning was available to cool the space down properly the window faced the road so opening it was not very convenient due to the noise
