fantastic location and helpful staff

I found the location very central and convenient. Many restaurants are nearby. the room was quiet and clean. i appreciated that i could leave my luggage to be stored after check-out. It was very helpful! several convenience stores are just around the corner, too.
The room was a bit small. I could not fully open my suitcase without bumping into the bed. this made it difficult to move around freely. hopefully, bigger rooms are available.

The front desk was very helpful and attentive. They speak english well. the staff allowed me to store my luggage after checkout. they also lend out umbrellas if needed for rainy days.

Breakfast had an excellent variety of japanese and american foods. i looked forward to eating there every morning. there are two family marts and one 7-eleven near the hotel. They are so much better than what we have.

i appreciated the smooth check-in process! the front desk staff were polite and helpful, really making me feel welcome. breakfast had lots of great choices and there are convenience stores close by.
the room was a bit small for opening my suitcase fully. it was still very clean though, and cozy.

the lobby provides complimentary luggage storage after checkout. there is a vending machine on the 3rd floor offering soft drinks. the hotel also has a laundry service available, with dry cleaning options available for delicate garments. high-speed internet access is free throughout the premises.

the room had amenities including a humidifier and air purifier. the bathroom provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash with nice scents and high quality. disposable slippers are provided, very soft to the touch. there is also a full-length mirror near the entrance and a desk mirror.

The location was good. It was close to stations, food and a shopping area. The staff were helpful. I liked that the room was clean.
The breakfast was minimal. It also felt cold. The wifi was very slow. I had trouble loading images.

The location proved convenient for getting around, acceptable.
The room cleanliness left something to be desired. I found some hair on the floor upon arrival, and parts of the carpet felt sticky. It made me think twice about walking around barefoot, honestly. The room was also among the smallest I've encountered, offering minimal space for hanging clothes or storing luggage, how convenient

Fantastic stay near Ginza!

The location is great (right on a quiet street), and I found several train stations very close by. The breakfast in the ground floor restaurant had many options. The staff was nice, and they helped me book a taxi to the station.
The walls in the room had some mold.
