the renewal superior queen room non-smoking was smaller than i anticipated. there was little space to move around freely with luggage. i found myself constantly reorganizing my belongings to make the room more manageable.

Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff!

The staff was super friendly and approachable! Check-in and check-out were smooth! I also used the laundry room on the 7th floor. It was very convenient. The hotel's location near Kanda station, tokyo station, and Otemachi was perfect for subway access. There were many Lawson and 7-Eleven stores nearby for late-night snacks.
The room was a bit small. I mean, I knew it would be tiny. Still, I barely had room to move!

the room was small it barely fit two people with luggage. i think that the toilet was larger than necessary, this meant that more space could have been used in the main room. the room felt cramped.

the staff efficiently organized luggage transport. the room could accommodate two open luggages simultaneously, unlike some smaller hotels i have seen. there were free coffee and tea amenities available. it proved convenient for our family of three.
i noticed some dust in the room, indicating it wasn't completely super clean.
