The room was cozy, and I enjoyed the hot springs .
I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide vegan options. It was also very difficult to find alternative food nearby after opting out of the meal package. Guests did not respect people's privacy while using the private onsens.

I enjoyed the hot springs during both evenings of my stay. The location seemed good, close to a convenience store (very handy!).
The room felt a bit outdated to me. The hotel didn't offer vegan options, so I skipped the meal package (this was a bit of a letdown).

The room included a balcony where I enjoyed a private soak. The traditional food was a good experience. The hotel provided a shuttle bus service which picked me up from the nearby train station. I also appreciated the cleanliness. It was meticulously maintained.

The room had 46 square meters with a Japanese-Western style and it was a non-smoking room. It was large and well kept. The space allowed for comfortable relaxation. I found the room quite inviting.

Indoor and outdoor hot spring baths are available. Three separate private onsen were lovely. The hotel featured a zen hot tub out back. It was tucked away in the woods.

excellent onsen experience

i enjoyed the private onsen facilities greatly. These were easy to access. Our room was very comfortable. i really liked the mountain VIEW from the tub on the balcony.
some staff members had LIMITED english skills. this made communication slightly difficult.
