vegan options privacy
The room was cozy, and I enjoyed the hot springs .
I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide vegan options. It was also very difficult to find alternative food nearby after opting out of the meal package. Guests did not respect people's privacy while using the private onsens.

hot springs good location convenience store outdated room vegan options
I enjoyed the hot springs during both evenings of my stay. The location seemed good, close to a convenience store (very handy!).
The room felt a bit outdated to me. The hotel didn't offer vegan options, so I skipped the meal package (this was a bit of a letdown).

Wonderful stay!
private soak good experience shuttle bus
The room included a balcony where I enjoyed a private soak. The traditional food was a good experience. The hotel provided a shuttle bus service which picked me up from the nearby train station. I also appreciated the cleanliness. It was meticulously maintained.

The room had 46 square meters with a Japanese-Western style and it was a non-smoking room. It was large and well-kept. The space allowed for comfortable relaxation. I found the room quite inviting.

The dinner and breakfast offered extensive and delectable options. I experienced traditional Japanese cuisine, a great way to immerse myself in the local culture. The meals included several courses of high-end Japanese food.

Indoor and outdoor hot spring baths are available. Three separate private onsen were lovely. The hotel featured a zen hot tub out back. It was tucked away in the woods.

Staff provided simple and straightforward check-in assistance. They gave instructions on paper. The staff generally were exceedingly warm and polite. I felt very welcomed .

excellent onsen experience
onsen facilities comfortable room mountain view
i enjoyed the private onsen facilities greatly. These were easy to access. Our room was very comfortable. i really liked the mountain VIEW from the tub on the balcony.
some staff members had LIMITED english skills. this made communication slightly difficult.

breakfast AND dinner were beautiful. the meals were also delicious. the hot meals in the morning and evenings used seasonal ingredients. it was a fantastic experience.

the location is peaceful. the hotel is close TO the bus stop. a train station is also nearby. the onsen provides shuttle pick-up and drop-off services to that station.
