The location was great. It was near the fish market. the bathroom was a good size. the security felt smart.
the room felt a little small to me. there was little space for my suitcase. the staff at check-in did not seem to know what they were doing.

I found a few things weren't quite right. The room felt cramped, typical for this country but still. I expected a bit more space to move around comfortably. The breakfast was a real letdown, I looked forward to a better spread. I felt disappointed by the limited western options available. No cheese or decent bread were available.

This hotel has comfortable amenities. The black out curtains made the room ideal for restful sleep. I also appreciated the air cleaner in the room (it helped a lot with my allergies).
The reception staff could improve their restaurant recommendations. They directed me to walk around Ginza to find something.

My moderate double room was functional and very clean. The bathroom offered good space in the toilet and shower areas. A window offered sufficient light and a nice view.

The hotel's location proved to be a significant advantage. It's very close to the tsukiji fish market. i found multiple metro stations nearby, providing easy access to different lines, so train changes were often unnecessary. the room size was adequate, accommodating our suitcases without much trouble.
i was told they don't offer this service, less helpful than other hotels i've stayed at.
