easy access clean room
The location was really good. It allowed very easy access to transportation. The superior double room was very clean upon my arrival.
I would say the TV options were quite LIMITED.

Central and Convenient Stay
central location friendly staff functional layout clean room
The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the Central Station! I found the staff to be friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The room design is functional, a smart use of the space available. I thought it was clean, very important for my family. I would choose this hotel again if possible.
The air conditioning switched off during the night, I did wake up feeling a bit too warm.

The hotel's breakfast offers many choices and satisfies different tastes. I saw a wide selection of foods! There is a brasserie on the 6th floor with a nice view of the train station square.

Andreas at the front desk was an excellent communicator, he was happily willing to help with a smile. They always tried to resolve issues.

The hotel offers a sauna that I thought was excellent. It added a great touch to my stay. The hotel has a compact lobby and provides a брассерией on the 6th floor with pleasant views. There is a gym for workout routines.

early check-in was very beneficial. the hotel is close to both the train station and various shops. i found the staff to be helpful. breakfast offered an EXCELLENT view of the alps.
the carpet showed some wear. it gave the impression of needing replacement. this was a slight detraction.

The location was ideal for travel connections.. the proximity to the station made arrivals easy. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room, and it felt fresh each day. the breakfast buffet was wonderful too. It had lots of choices.
the air conditioning did not work well. our shower head was broken. i found the surrounding area at night intimidating, with homeless people present.

loud ventilation amenities quality
The room was clean and offered a well-stocked tea and coffee setup.
I found the air conditioning unit very loud and the bathroom ventilation even louder. The comfort and amenities felt more like a 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star hotel. This discrepancy in perceived quality was disappointing given the expectations set.

convenient location modern room clean room rude staff aggressive behavior poor communication
the location was across from the train station. it was very convenient. lots of restaurants were near the hotel. the room was clean and modern.
the front desk lady was rude and aggressive. i intended to stay near the train station. she was not eager to provide information.
