expensive shuttleineffective air conditioning
the shuttle service wasn't as convenient as i'd hoped. it cost 10€ per person, each way (i thought that was excessive). with a group, a taxi might actually be cheaper. also, i found the air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly, so the room remained quite hot. overpriced shuttle, malfunctioning air conditioning

the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport. rooms were very clean and the staff provided helpful service. i found the overall ambiance to be pleasant. i appreciated the close proximity to the airport and the efficient shuttle service to my terminal. the staff responded quickly to my request for extra pillows, delivering them within minutes.

the room was big enough for a short stay.
the hvac system was really annoying! the instructions on the wall did not match what was actually installed. opening the windows was my only option, but that completely killed any privacy because i had to leave the blinds open for airflow.
