friendly staff comfy bed big car park
The staff were so friendly! They helped me with everything I needed. I had such a comfy bed in my Double Room. The car park was big. Parking was no problem at all, what a relief!
The shower drained rather slowly. It caused a slight inconvenience. I wish it would drain better.

The breakfast offered a good selection.
I booked a family room but was moved to a double for some reason. It took some effort to get the room I had booked and paid for originally. Only one chair was in the room so one of us had to sit on the bed. The wooden furniture was dusty. It seemed the room wasn't vacuumed properly.

warm room great food friendly staff
the room was bigger than expected, and it was lovely and warm. food was great, and service was great. staff was very friendly and cute, i would definitely stay here again.
the place is a bit tired.

the hotel features gorgeous gardens, so guests can enjoy the outdoor spaces. it also provides recharges for electric car, a practical amenity for travelers with electric vehicles. parking is available directly on the hotel.

i had both evening meal and breakfast here, and both was very good with decent range of options. meals are freshly cooked, and friendly staff is happy to customise meals. there is a restaurant on site, and it offer very correct and homemade meals.

The room was spacious. the bed was comfortable, and i found all the required amenities provided. the food portions were generous. I definitely got good value for my money.
the room could have used a more thorough deep clean, especially the door and window frames.

dated room unpleasant smell
The food was acceptable, and there was a reasonable selection to choose from.
The room I had was quite dated and definitely needed an overhaul. I also found the bed to be rather squeaky. The sheets and towels, while clean, had an unpleasant smell, as if the washing powder or conditioner left them less than fresh.

clean bedroom friendly staff big room difficult internet
the room was clean and have a good supply of tea and coffee. i like the full english breakfast, especially the bacon. the staff was very cute and friendly. it really did.
my room was very big. the internet didn't reach my room, and , made it difficult for me to complete my work. i need to consider this situation in order to book my next accommodations.
