The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel location was perfect for accessing nearby attractions. The room service was prompt and fulfilled a custom request for French fries, even though they were not on the menu.. a thoughtful gesture. Every staff member I encountered contributed to an excellent experience.
The room's temperature was initially set low, made the space feel cold until I adjusted it.

Breakfast featured many options for various dietary preferences. The hotel restaurant offered great food for both breakfast and dinner, with very nice variety. The staff managed a custom order with a special request.

I had a beautiful Suitewith a well-stocked mini bar offering complimentary drinks and snacks. The room was spacious with lots of natural light and high-quality bedding. Bathrobes and slippers were provided.

the room featured a well-stocked minibar with complimentary drinks and snacks it was replenished daily. the breakfast offered many options including fresh fruit and made to order egg dishes. the staff was very helpful and attentive to my requests!

The complimentary mini-bar was restocked daily and included a variety of drinks. Windows in the room open allowing fresh air, a feature I greatly appreciate. Breakfast offered many options, including made-to-order egg dishes, a very nice touch.
The ice delivery incurred a charge, an unexpected expense.

understaffing problemawkward noises
The staff seemed overwhelmed, likely because of understaffing. My room was not cleaned when I returned in the afternoon. I learned rooms are only cleaned by 5 p.m. This is not acceptable. The air conditioning made awkward noises, noises stopped only after several requests.
