loud noise apathetic staff
The hotel looked lovely. however, there were significant issues. Roadworks with jackhammers started early and the noise was intense. when i raised this with reception staff, their attitude was indifferent. They offered no apology. this bothered me most because it is not expected at a 5-star hotel. the balcony lacked privacy. A man yelled at me at 2 am about smoking. This.

fresh honeycomb great selection friendly staff
The breakfast buffet featured fresh honeycomb. The cheese station offered a great selection. Orlando at the pool provided excellent customer service. He remembered my name and usual order by the second day. The room included multiple bottles of water. Chocolates were also provided daily. New pool towels were delivered to the room each day. The main bar made really good drinks. Camila and Roberto there were friendly. I found out Roberto is a great singer. The restaurant had a fantastic dinner experience.
There was a slight issue securing a sunbed at certain times of the day.

Really good Hotel Experience
large pool ample sunbeds friendly staff member warm greeting
The swimming pool was large with ample sunbeds. These were scattered around different areas. August is off peak so sunbeds were plentiful. There was no sunbed dash. The staff member Orlando greeted every guest warmly when they found their beds.

relaxing stay
striking impression warm greeting lovely touch
i just came back from my stay. the hotel entrance presents a striking first impression. upon arrival, the team greeted me warmly, i felt very welcomed. chocolates was with the turndown service each evening. the water, tea and coffee were always restocked.
the gym had limited space for some equipment though the views were great.

The room included a comfortable king-size bed. It also featured a separate seating area with a sofa and a small table. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and premium toiletries were provided daily. This ensured a refreshing experience.

The hotel is located near several shops. The distance to the beach is about 200 meters. It is accessible via a direct pathway. The area is generally quiet, it provided a serene environment, though the parking was expensive!
