The location is FANTASTIC, near shops and dining options. The kitchen included all necessary equipment for meal preparation. The heated pool was a major plus, especially when traveling with children!!!
Sunbeds were hard to secure unless you queued early.

Decent stay, but some issues arose.
night noisesunbed scarcity
I encountered a couple of issues. The noise at night was quite disruptive (I really needed more sleep). I could clearly hear people in nearby rooms and noise from outside. finding a sunbed by the pool was difficult. Guests placed towels early in the morning.

Wonderful Stay at Adeje's Gem
large balconyfriendly staffquiet square
The apartment included a large balcony with sun loungers. I found the table and chairs very useful (I spent most of my time there!). The staff were friendly and ready to help when needed.
I was a little disappointed that the main square was quiet in the evening. In previous years, it was the hub of activity and entertainment. This was missed.

The apartment included a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. This made self-catering simple. There are two swimming pools available . I found them clean and well kept. Regular towel changes occurred every three days.

The reception staff were cute and helpful upon arrival. Maintenance and cleaning staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I received support with any queries or requests, and felt valued as a guest.

The hotel is located near the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants. This makes exploring very convenient. Public transport access is good. I was able to visit other areas without issues. The location suited our needs.
