the breakfast included gluten free bread and muffins. eggs were prepared to order with options such as bacon and sausages. i received useful information about the sights. i had a room with a view of the guggenheim museum, lovely at any time.
the mini fridge was not working upon arrival. nobody informed me of this issue during check in.

the room included long, full length windows. they allowed for great views of the guggenheim. there was a comfortable king sized bed as well as two washing spaces, one with a shower and one with a bath.

breakfast offered a wide variety of options. fruit, yogurt, cheese, sliced ham, cereal, various juices, coffee, and tea were available. the breakfast was generous, and i found i needed to eat only once more each day.

the hotel offers a gym and a spa . my wife enjoyed an excellent massage on our final night. the location is opposite the guggenheim museum. it is close to a tourist information center.

The location was convenient. I walked to the guggenheim in minutes.
The room was small and stuffy (despite the advertised air conditioning). the noise from the street kept me awake. additionally, the bathroom lacked basic toiletries. I expected more for the price.

The hotel's location is a highlight. It's very close to the Guggenheim Museum. I found the team at reception went the extra mile to assist me. They helped. The hotel has umbrellas they lend out when it is raining.
My room was a bit small for the price I paid, but it was not a big issue.

The staff were very attentive and multilingual. They spoke several languages well. They were helpful when I had questions about local attractions. I really appreciated the friendly and efficient service I received.
