I found the staff helpful! they provided excellent recommendations for local spots. the room was clean with a comfortable bed and the bathroom had a great shower. I especially liked the modern fixtures. breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options.

The location was central. The hotel is near all the main attractions. The staff offered restaurant recommendations. They were helpful. I appreciated the continental breakfast with various foods.

The room's air conditioning was inadequate. it struggled to cool the space, causing some discomfort. additionally, soundproofing was a real problem. Corridor noise and sounds from other rooms disrupted sleep. i also observed some wear and tear on the furniture. Some pieces looked a bit tired.

the location was acceptable, giving easy access to nearby restaurants.
The room i got was quite disappointing. It had an unpleasant view of another building's dirty wall (i wish i had requested a different room). the room's condition was poor, besides the refurbished bathroom. a dining area on the 6th floor seemed unpleasant. i won't book this place in the future.
