helpful staffcomfortable bedslamming doornoise disruption
the staff were quite friendly and helpful. the room included a window that opened, a feature i appreciated. the beds proved comfortable and the shower delivered hot water.
The doors closing were noisy. i noticed the doors slamming late at night and early in the morning, disruptive. the noise woke my dog up. It seemed like a problem that needs addressing.

the staff at reception seemed competent enough. they processed my check-in without issue.
honestly, the state of the room was questionable. i found some questionable stains on the carpet. the pillows were also rather flat.. i suppose expecting better is too much.

The staff gave me an extra towel for my hair and more toilet paper. they even provided wine glasses. The service was great! the hotel gives little extras like iced water at reception and yorkshire mallows in the room.
The corridor carpets had some stains. They could use a refresh.

Everything I requested was promptly handled.. the sofa bed was made up as asked. The room felt spacious, and the beds were indeed comfy. The hotel offers little extras. I really appreciated the iced water available at reception. The staff created a cute environment, and , made a big difference.
The corridor carpets could use a bit more attention. They weren't cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked.
