big pool swim-up bar
the pool looks big and that swim up bar exists.
the room they gave me smelled funny like someone definitely peed the bed. they changed the sheets, but its not good enough and also the house cleaning staff didn't gave me a voucher the first day.

nice phuket stay
buffet breakfast helpful staff quiet location
i enjoyed my time. the buffet breakfast offered many options. the staff was nice and helpful, especially sonia and arizz. the hotel location between kamala and patong was convenient because it was close to markets. it was quiet and easy to relax.
i found the rooms need some updating. i noticed some broken railing on the hillside. it made the terrace too dangerous. i think the hotel should fix that for safety.

dated room mosquito problem
the staff was friendly! the breakfast had a good variety.
the room felt quite dated. the bathroom had this weird semi-open design, so humidity was always high and bugs got in. also, the housekeeping sometimes left the doors open, which didn't help with the mosquito situation.

serene escape
lush gardens private beach
i had such a dreamy time. the lush gardens felt magical. i really loved the private beach, it was a quiet place for watching sunsets. we used the convenient shuttle to nearby towns too.
The cable car system was slow. There was a wait for getting up to our hillside room. at times. it seemed both cars had some kind of maintenance.

our hillside terrace bathtub room featured a spacious balcony. it had an outdoor bathtub overlooking the gardens. the room had a separate shower and a king-size bed with premium bedding, perfect for relaxation.

beautiful gardens great variety cold staff outdoor lighting
the gardens are beautiful i really enjoyed walking through them the pool area is also large and nice for swimming breakfast offered a great variety of options the thai food was especially tasty i found that to be a plus
the staff seemed somewhat cold i noticed an attitude like they were just doing their job it took a while to check in and i had to ask a few times before i finally got my room my room did not have enough lighting outside i think it could have been a lot prettier with better lighting

The hotel had beautiful views and a clean private beach. I really enjoyed the activities offered. I found the experience relaxing and quite nice.
