the room upgrade was seamless. i had access to the disco area very easily. the breakfast team offered top-quality service. i found anna helpful in guest relations.
lack of available sunbeds was a downside. i learned a larger paying vip area reduced the availability of hotel sunbeds. staff informed me about the limited sunbeds upon arrival.

lovely tower experience
delicious cocktailsgreat servicecatch of the day
daniel and mario gave great service at the beach club restaurant. they cared for me from breakfast until concert preparations. i recommend the catch of the day. daniel's cocktails are delicious.
the gym is well equipped though the pool area was always completely full. the poolside beds cost extra.

The staff was warm. Helena, my server, provided fantastic service and excellent attention to detail. I highly recommend this place for a great dining experience.. Juan M was also a very nice server.

The breakfast team was amazing. Celia and Gemma were helpful. They served great coffees, steak breakfasts, and eggs benedict. Everything was top QUALITY, and it was valuable that breakfast was included with the room. Celia greeted us warmly and also assisted with beach towels.
