Excellent Hotel Stay!
friendly staff great variety
The staff was friendly. They fixed two issues inside my room immediately. The location was perfect, and the food had great variety. It was also great value for the money. I found that the food was at a good temperature. There was also a large variety of salads.
The shower drain was clogged. I notified someone. Nobody repaired it. I had to fix it myself.

Our family room actually consisted of two rooms. These rooms joined to create one large space with an extra door. This room setup provided us with two showers. It also provided two toilets. There were also two sinks available.

The staff ensured the hotel and pool area were always clean. There were two main pools available for use. Animation activities also looked quite good. I found a smaller pool more suitable for small children. A bar was located nearby.

The hotel is near a lovely little beach. It is about a five-minute walk away. There is a gentle hill on the way back. A bus stop is also conveniently located 200 meters away with routes in all directions.

cold food impersonal terrace
I was a little disappointed because the food quality wasn't great. All the food seemed cold and of low quality. I wished there was more attention to temperature. the terrace of the restaurant felt impersonal. It needed more personality and better atmosphere. The bar poured drinks in plastic glasses. It was a small thing, but detracted from the experience. The service could have been much better. It wasn't what I expect from a hotel claiming to be 4 stars.

short walk breakfast selection
The beach was a short walk. It was beautiful. Breakfast selection was really great. I have experienced the best here. The pool party on Wednesday was amazing. We really enjoyed it.
The hotel lacked a kettle in the room. There was no ironing board either.
