a balanced stay.
clean roomvarious foodrude staffineffective air conditioning
the room was very clean. new towels and bedding were provided daily. food had huge choice and lots of variety, with different options available every day. the all-inclusive access to three à la carte restaurants was a plus.
i found some of the staff at the lobby bar very rude with bad attitudes. sometimes, i waited for more than ten minutes for a drink and was ignored. the air conditioning in my room was not effective.

loud musicthin sofa bed
the main pool suffered from a lack of control. large groups monopolized it, got drunk, and played loud music. the staff did nothing. loungers were reserved early even though many remained unused. family rooms are not well equipped either. the sofa bed was thin and uncomfortable. there wasn't enough space to put clothes and suitcases. i also found walking to nearby shops quite unsafe. there was many men trying to sell things and staring. the ultra all inclusive package didn't include any ice lollies.

the helpful staff presented my daughter with gifts for her eighteenth birthday it included balloons and a bottle of fizz alba made our stay nice i enjoyed the great location it was close to everything i loved walking along the beach each morning
the hotel is near the airport and planes take off every three minutes it can be noisy

difficult reservationno assistance
The reservation process became a problem. I had to reserve another night and then return for check in. This situation happened even after I tried to extend my stay a day earlier. I had to cross a flooded part of the hotel with luggage and a child in a stroller and they didn't offered any assistance.

The food choices were ample. I liked the Aladdin show. It was entertaining.
The hotel lacked sunbeds on the beach (I found this annoying). I had to pay 30 Euros daily for two sunbeds and an umbrella. There were no watersports facilities available, and getting a drink required a walk.
