the location was really convenient! it allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast included a decent range of foods. i found the staff friendly and helpful.
the air conditioning did not work properly! i missed having a mini fridge. the cold water machine outside my room provided water that wasn't cold at all, a bummer!

The hotel felt upscale. The staff member i spoke with displayed excellent communication skills. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was consistently maintained. the location proved convenient.
The room size was a bit small. Still, it had the essentials though.

my room had a comfortable bed, a work desk and a television. the bathroom included a shower and complimentary toiletries. i also noticed that the room had blackout curtains, it was very thoughtful.

the staff was very helpful .
the bed felt very hard, it was not comfortable. i also found the carpet to be stained and dirty. the bathroom was too small, it was difficult to move freely.
