Mixed Feelings About This Stay
early noise distant parking
The location was indeed central. It made getting around relatively easy.
The noise was a real issue. I heard a cart being dragged every morning at 7 AM (seriously?! ). Housekeeping was also loud, their supply room was right next to my room. The parking situation was ridiculous. The hotel claimed to have parking but directed me two kilometers away and charged me extra. The entire experience was not great, especially if you're looking for a quiet stay.

A wonderful stay
helpful staff perfect location wide choice attentive staff
I found the front desk staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast has several choices. I was happy with that. The location is perfect.. everything is close. I found the staff continually were really nice too look after guests.
The beds are very hard. They made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The staff provided helpful guidance to local restaurants. They arranged my taxi to the airport. I appreciated that. The location is central. It is close to the main square. The hotel offers complimentary hot chocolate in the common break room.
The pillows were slightly too soft for my preference.

My room included a useful fridge. The hotel had a coffee machine in a common area that provided fantastic espresso. Refillable water tanks were also available free. There was a convenient sitting area near the coffee machine.

Every staff member I met from arrival to departure was courteous. When I mentioned a full day excursion, breakfast and lunch was generously offered. It was prepared for me to collect and bring with me.

fresh fruit hot coffee central location
The breakfast included fresh fruit and hot coffee. I found this very satisfying. the hotel's location was central, so it was easy to walk to many attractions. the communal spaces were lovely, and i took advantage of the complimentary tea while waiting for my departure.
