I found the front desk staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast has several choices. I was happy with that. The location is perfect.. everything is close. I found the staff continually were pretty good too look after guests.
The beds are very hard. They made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The pillows were slightly too soft for my preference.

My room included a useful fridge. The hotel had a coffee machine in a common area that provided fantastic espresso. Refillable water tanks were also available free. There was a convenient sitting area near the coffee machine.

The breakfast included fresh fruit and hot coffee. I found this very satisfying. the hotel's location was central, so it was easy to walk to many attractions. the communal spaces were lovely, and i took advantage of the complimentary tea while waiting for my departure.
