friendly staff amazing setup
the friendly staff helped me with planning a surprise. they also setup the room amazingly. i liked that i could leave bags before arrival and after checkout.
the hotel had no reply after i sent them an email afterwards.

The room felt smaller than expected. The bed was not particularly comfortable. Breakfast was quite ordinary. It could have been much better. I requested a second room key, but was told they do not provide them for security reasons (this was inconvenient).

The location is very convenient , a short walk leads to key attractions. The staff were helpful , especially with directions. My room was clean , and I appreciated the extra toiletries. Breakfast offered a good variety , and the food tasted fresh.
The bar selection was limited , and some popular drinks were unavailable .

cheap bedding limited stock
the staff were very friendly and helpful .
The bedding felt cheap, similar to what i would expect in a budget b&b. Premier inn provides better pillows. the bar service was also disappointing as they lacked supplies. I ordered three different drinks only to be told each time they were out of stock. i suggest bringing your own beverages if you plan to drink here.
