i stayed in a beautiful twin room for three nights. the breakfast had a lot of variety and fresh options (i especially liked the eggs).
the hotel seems a bit old, compared to the photos. there was some noise from the heating system, even when it was off in the room (i could still hear it from other rooms).

i found the location quite central with easy access to the metro. it's surrounded by excellent places for dining. the staff were very helpful! i enjoyed a welcome note with a cheese plate upon my arrival it was a lovely touch.

The location was excellent. I could walk to many shops and attractions. breakfast had plenty of delicious options, made for a great start to each day. the staff were friendly. the hotel was very well-kept, and i liked the structure.
The rooms could be better designed. The bathroom design seemed impractical. there was a lack of space to place luggage. i found it a bit too cluttered.

the hotel offers a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a spa provides massage services and facial treatments. the pool area includes twenty loungers with a shaded section. it was all very clean.

the reception staff assisted quickly with check-in and provided helpful information. the breakfast buffet was always promptly replenished, even during peak hours. the concierge offered excellent restaurant recommendations and directions. the service was attentive!

my superior double room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. blackout curtains ensured complete darkness at night. a mini-fridge was available. it included complimentary water bottles refilled daily, and the slippers were very cozy.
