The front desk team, especially Nitin, were very accommodating. I appreciated the staff receiving delivered food on my behalf before check-in. The breakfast had good variety (i loved the croissants). The hotel's location is convenient, near two metro stations and the Mall of Emirates.
The pool is a bit small.

The location provided easy access to the mall and several dining options. The staff ensured my early check-in request was granted, which i really appreciated. My room had very clean, fresh linens. i also found many parking spaces available throughout my stay.
The COFFEE at breakfast could have been better.

The large lobby features ample comfortable seating, including sofas and stools, . Multiple parking lots offer convenience for those driving to the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of the Mall of the Emirates.

The staff helped me with my luggage upon arrival. I got a very warm welcome from the reception and concierge teams during check-in. I especially thank Nitin, he was kind, and he arranged my early check-in.
