a satisfactory stay
convenient location abundant breakfast menu friendly staff exposed wire missing shower door stiff cupboard
the location is convenient. it is close to shopping. the breakfast had an abundant menu and it tasted good. i found the staff to be great whenever i needed them.
the tv had a wire sticking out from underneath. the bathroom lacked a shower door, so water went everywhere. the cupboard door was hard to open.

Excellent Hotel Near Mall of Emirates
helpful staff good variety convenient location pleasant experience
The front desk team, especially Nitin, were very accommodating. I appreciated the staff receiving delivered food on my behalf before check-in. The breakfast had good variety (i loved the croissants). The hotel's location is convenient, near two metro stations and the Mall of Emirates.
The pool is a bit small.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. The variety included both hot and cold dishes. Seating was plentiful, so finding a spot was never a problem (even during peak hours).

The beautiful king room was comfortable. The room had sufficient space for luggage and movement. The provided amenities were of good quality, and the room service was prompt.

easy access dining options early check-in available parking
The location provided easy access to the mall and several dining options. The staff ensured my early check-in request was granted, which i really appreciated. My room had very clean, fresh linens. i also found many parking spaces available throughout my stay.
The COFFEE at breakfast could have been better.

The large lobby features ample comfortable seating, including sofas and stools, . Multiple parking lots offer convenience for those driving to the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of the Mall of the Emirates.

The staff helped me with my luggage upon arrival. I got a very warm welcome from the reception and concierge teams during check-in. I especially thank Nitin, he was kind, and he arranged my early check-in.

The breakfast offers a reasonable range of options. I found the quality satisfactory. There is a good variety of items to choose from each morning. The breakfast area is spacious and generally well-kept during peak hours.

the location was excellent.. emirates mall was just a short walk away. helpful staff assisted with early check-in and luggage. breakfast offered reasonable variety and quality. i appreciated the many comfortable sofas in the very large lobby.
checking in took longer than expected, i thought the process could have been faster.
