perfect serviceready assistance
the housekeeping staff on the 9th floor provided perfect service. while i was staying in room 903, they were always ready to provide all needed assistance.

the breakfast offered a large selection. the staff in the kitchen were very friendly and helpful. i found the view from the dining area to be very nice each day.

the room included coffee and tea packets, creamer, sugar, and sweetener. a water boiler and water bottles were present. i also found a nespresso machine complete with capsules.

The location near the ladies' gates was perfect for families, especially elderly members. It was very convenient. i also found the access to many nearby restaurants to be very useful.

amazing stay near the mosque!

The location is unbeatable. It is super close to the masjid nabawi, only about a 5-minute walk!!! the service was perfect, and every staff member was helpful and attentive. the food was also very delicious. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its many options.

The staff provided excellent support . Esraa was particularly helpful during check-in. najyah was also very supportive. She assisted me with various requests throughout my stay. full points go to the staff for their attentiveness.

The hotel is well-located, with immediate access to the main gate of the city. numerous restaurants are also within easy reach. This made dining out very convenient. it is easy to explore the area.

The rooms are spacious. This offered plenty of room for relaxation. the hotel provides easy access to taxis and cars through a second exit. complimentary drinks, dates, and coffee are always available at the entrance.

old roomunclean bathroom
i didn't like that the room felt a bit old. there wasn't a coffee maker either, i really wanted one in the room. i've stayed in better rooms, to be honest. the bathroom could have been cleaner, i noticed some spots. i expected a bit more for the price i paid.
