I found the room spacious and well-appointed. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I appreciated the fast room service that delivered meals with good portion sizes. The staff was very helpful addressing all my needs.

Breakfast options were broad. The hotel location allowed easy access to many places nearby. The room featured blackout curtains that helped ensure a good sleep. The hotel provided efficient transport options to the airport , made travel easy.
The gym equipment showed some wear and tear, it required minor maintenance.

perfect service one bedroom suite really good food relaxed ambience
The hotel had perfect service from Valeria in the Lobby Lounge. She made sure we had everything we needed for both lunch and afternoon tea. I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite upon arrival at 11 am, even though check-in time was 3 pm. Every staff interaction was professional. They seemed to do everything possible for our convenience. The food was really good and the restaurant's atmosphere was relaxed.

helpful staff traditional blankets front desk
the hotel staff was amazing! gary m at the front desk was very helpful. he showed us where to eat and told my wife where to buy traditional irish blankets. our whole experience was very nice, EVERYTHING went well.
I had to pay for parking. THAT was not ideal.
