The gym had a good selection of equipment, including several treadmills.
The service in the Swift Bar was very slow. I was left waiting for 20 minutes. Multiple staff passed by without helping and a manager seemed to ignore me while fiddling around near the bar. I eventually gave up on ordering drinks.

An okay stay. Understaffing and late service.

I found the experience frustrating. We waited over half an hour for our food at brunch, and the kids' meals came out ten minutes later. The room wasn't cleaned after we had been out all day, and the bill had mistakes.

the room was clean and i had everything i needed. the breakfast was a continental and hot food buffet.
i was disappointed the rooftop bar was closed. it was highly advertised, but padlocked. the shower was one in the bath and i could not adjust the height, and there was no pressure.
