larger fitness center relaxing sauna outdoor pool clean room
The front desk staff was pleasant. a larger fitness center had a sauna and steam room. This was relaxing. the outdoor pool provided a plus, it had an outdoor bar. the cleanliness of the room was commendable. It offered a fabulous experience.
a slight inconvenience came from limited food choices, only one high-end restaurant was available, this was a minor issue though.

The fitness center includes several treadmills with personal screens plus various weight machines. It allows full body workouts. the pool area offers towel service. Staff kept the area tidy.

Excellent Hotel Experience
waterfront access luxurious bedding well-equipped gym
The hotel's location offered easy access to the waterfront area. The room I had featured luxurious bedding, offering great comfort. The gym was well-equipped (it had multiple machines) and provided a good workout facility.
The breakfast buffet, while varied, seemed a bit expensive.

inadequate heater low quality
the location was central close to bayfront park it was easy to see new year's eve fireworks from there
the room i had was quite cold the heating was not working properly they gave me a small heater it felt inadequate the breakfast was good but the quality was not high

customer service ice cold water
the room was nice the bathroom was awesome
i had issues with the hot water it was ice cold i complained but it was not fixed i asked to speak with a manager but she had an attitude i found the customer service terrible they should have switched my room instead of waiting for people to complain.

breakfast sandwich overcharge
the dog party had free puppuccinos for the dogs.
i was told breakfast was included, but i got charged over $90 for one breakfast sandwich. i didn't have time to argue because i had a cruise ship to catch. i was insanely overcharged!!!
