Some reception staff seemed rude and unhelpful when i had questions. the tap water wasn't good. Yellowish water came out sometimes. also, the bedding wasn't great. I think there were bed bugs.

i appreciated the variety of restaurants it gave options for different meals. the rooms were spacious and always clean. the quality of both food and drinks was good with a large selection available. i found the staff to be helpful and nice .

the shower water temperature and pressure were inconsistent.

the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes which allowed for varied workout routines. three distinct pool areas were available each equipped with twenty loungers and a shaded section allowing for both sun and relaxation.

the team was very friendly and helpful . i found a lot of variety in the food. it all tasted very good. the hotel secure hotel and well managed.

the tap water was not good with yellowish water coming out sometimes. the bedding was not good. i found bed bug bites on my feet legs and hands after the last night
