A few issues detracted from the stay
faulty aclimited breakfast
The air conditioning did not work. The staff did not offer any assistance with this issue. I asked for a double bed but received two single beds. Breakfast choices were also quite limited, including powdered eggs served daily.

The location was AMAZING. It was close to the metro. The staff were very helpful. They assisted with directions! The room had ample storage space. This helped keep everything tidy. There was an openable window allowing fresh air in.
The tv only had local channels! I missed international news.

the location near the metro station made getting around simple. the front desk staff, especially abdullah, were very helpful and always available. my room had daily water bottles, which i appreciated. it was a nice touch that they included amenities for the turkish bath.
The noise from outside was loud at times. It disrupted sleep.

my room was clean and well kept! the room had many storage options, what was unexpected. amenities include a mini-fridge, that i appreciated for storing drinks and snacks. there was daily housekeeping with fresh towels.
