the room was spacious and had all the amenities i needed.
the staff at reception seemed dismissive and not very helpful i had requested a room on a high floor but was given one on the fourth floor and told i couldn't move. the room service menu listed cheesecake but it was consistently unavailable when i tried to order it

the reception team was friendly and efficient. the room featured a comfortable bed. housekeeping ensured everything was immaculate .
The coffee machine didn't work and i had to ask for it to be fixed. This was done however.
