the staff was very helpful and attentive. they offered excellent advice about local attractions. the 24/7 snack lounge was a definite plus. it was enjoyable to have access to snacks and soft drinks at any time.
i noticed some wear and tear in the public rooms. the bedrooms also showed some signs of age. housekeeping seemed a bit lax in certain areas. the curtain separating the bathroom from the bedroom wasn't ideal.

The staff were always ready to assist with recommendations and bookings. I found the complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge to be a nice touch. The courtyard pool provided a refreshing escape from the heat after a day of sightseeing.
The music from a nearby bar was slightly audible in my room at night.

This hotel is located in a VERY central area, close to many shops and restaurants. It is a short walk to many heritage sites, made exploring convenient and enjoyable. I found the area easy to navigate on foot.
