calm escape near sigiriya

i found the grounds around the hotel peaceful the hotel borders a scenic lake providing wonderful views. the architecture allowed us to feel immersed in the natural environment. i also joined the eco tour to see the on-site solar panels and water treatment plant it was excellent. staff addressed and shipped our laptop we had accidentally left behind.
the gym mats showed excessive wear i did not feel comfortable using them.

the hotel features a very large pool measuring seventy-three meters providing plenty of space for swimming the temperature was well maintained. there is also a spa offering treatments that promote relaxation. you can reach attractions via taxi.

our beautiful twin room included comfortable beds we enjoyed the views of the landscape from our fifth-floor room. the layout provided ample space for luggage and relaxation. the room also had good climate control.

breakfast had great european options available. the friendly staff met our needs. the chinese restaurant provides excellent options with the prawn starter being a standout. the hotel made sure i ate upon return from an excursion.

I found the environmental initiatives excellent. Solar panels and a water treatment plant are on-site. The staff ensured the laptop I left behind get shipped to Colombo before my flight. The location is peaceful, yet close to local attractions. I found the hotel clean, comfortable, and great value for the money with the half board option I selected.

The hotel is set in a beautiful tranquil location that overlooks a lake. I enjoyed the scenery and natural breeze, embracing me before I even realized. The area is perfect for visiting the Sigiriya Rock and the Cave or Golden Temple nearby.

The staff were genuinely helpful. The buffet offered great variety. The room service also proved to be great. We were lucky to get a top floor room in the building, overlooking the lake, so were entertained by monkeys visiting the balcony.
i noticed the light switches are in very strange places. it was difficult to find them. at first, i was confused.

flawless servicewarm welcome
i found the service consistently flawless. the staff welcomed me warmly and took care of every detail. the food was delicious with a good range of choices. the location created a peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel features a very large swimming pool that offers plenty of space for many guests, including swimmers wanting to do laps. a restaurant was always open. This ensured flexible meal times. the view of the lake was magnificent.
