The location near the lake was good. The staff were polite, and they always had a smile. I really appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. The evening turndown service (a nice touch!) ensured everything met standards.
At breakfast, only one waiter covered the entire dining room. He had one pot of tea and one pot of coffee, so it was hard to get any. He needed to keep returning to the kitchen to refill both pots.
