underwhelming stay despite some positives
inattentive staff excessive prices
The service was definitely lacking. staff didn't seem particularly attentive, and getting assistance sometimes seemed like a chore (it shouldn't be that hard to get a drink by the pool!). also, the food prices felt a bit steep for what you got. It was decent, but not worth the premium, in my opinion. i think some improvements in these areas could really elevate the experience.

the family suite suited my family perfectly! the panoramic views are genuinely gorgeous. the food was great! everyone was happy and we even got a good selection of alcohol. there were many corals on the shore!
I found that the sunbeds lacked readily available cushions. I had to ask the staff to bring them out. it was a slight inconvenience.

The staff was attentive! kathir, the receptionist, was great! gajenthiran, the restaurant server, delivered really good service in room 5208 on the 20th for dinner and the 21st for breakfast. Even the floor cleaner was excellent.

our beautiful family suite featured big beds! it included a beautiful bathroom. the air conditioning worked perfectly. the room was kept very very comfy and tidy. it provided ample space for everyone.

The hotel is right next to the beach! the beach is close to the bathing area. It makes it easy to have fun. it is calm and serene. the overall location is ideal for a relaxed vacation!

many options comfy rooms
The buffet had many options to choose from. I even had a late lunch while they were preparing for dinner. the rooms were also very comfy and clean. i wish i could have stayed longer!!!
the hotel is a bit overpriced for what it offers.

the hotel presentation was really good. the rooms were well-cleaned. outdoor areas were well-kept. the view was magical. the main bar is also a highlight. the regular chefs attended to our food requests.
i have no complaints about my stay.

upon arrival i was greeted with such warmth and efficiency, the check-in was seamless. i entered my room, a haven of space and thoughtful design perfect for us. stepping outside, the views are captivating with the beach and pool so close. the location allowed us total relaxation.

the room was spacious and super clean. the hotel has a calm location perfect for relaxation. i found the staff to be very polite and helpful. the food offered much variety and tasted amazing.
