Ada and Vonty at reception were true assets. They upgraded my room when i asked for a desk. This helped me work effortlessly. Their kindness. The staff were very good too guarantee my satisfaction.

The minibar pricing felt a LITTLE excessive, though i appreciated the selection available.

the location is great it is quiet and chilled but a few minutes from the hustle. staff were super attentive and delivered five star service. the pool, sauna, and steam room are excellent they are clean with great decor.

I had some frustrations. There was building noise at 7am. the PHONES weren't working, so I had to use my iPhone.
