really good service and comfortable stay
helpful staff refreshing extras perfect location
the staff were lovely. the extras included in the room were refreshing. i liked the soaps and lotions. 24 hour room service was nice to have when trying to switch from canadian time zones. it seems you can adjust your sleep habits quicker than your eating habits? the location is perfect for what i needed.
my daughter and i stayed here for a long-anticipated trip, booked at a premium rate specifically to enjoy an elegant 5-star experience. instead, bathroom amenities felt average.

the premises sit in a very central area that allows easy access to many attractions. the train station is also nearby, a great convenience for traveling to and from the accommodation. guests can navigate the surrounding areas with ease.

the beautiful king room featured comfortable beds, a spacious layout, and nice linens. bathrooms were well-appointed with adequate space, and additional toiletries are provided. the rooms are well maintained by housekeeping.

central location lovely staff refreshing extras broken lift average amenities lacking warmth
The location was VERY central. The staff were lovely and attentive. The extras included in the room were refreshing like the soaps and lotions.
One of only two lifts was broken. I thought the bathroom amenities felt average. The service at the front desk lacked warmth.

great recommendations food tours closed whiskey bar limited choice
the concierge team offered great recommendations for food and tours! they even grabbed tickets for us.
The whiskey bar was closed. I was told about this only upon arrival. there was also only one bar and one restaurant to choose from, which i found quite limiting.

convenient parking comfy bed really good food broken elevator water issue drab furnishings
the doorman was fun, and the valet parking was convenient. my bed was above and beyond my expectations i think. brasserie prince offered really good food and service for the price.
one of only two elevators were broken i think. i find it difficult to figure out how to turn the water on and off in the bath. the rooms furnishings was drab and not to the standard.

a decent experience.
clean pool cute doormen poor extraction delayed coffee
the pool was clean. it wasn't crowded when i went. the concierge and the doormen were genuinely cute. they took great care of me.
I found that there was poor extraction in the toilet. There was a wee smell upon my arrival. i waited 15 minutes for coffee during breakfast. i ended up asking a staff member for assistance.
