the room decor was totally cool , and dinner was amazing! the breakfast choices were very nice , especially the granola and yogurt cups.
the bathroom floor tiles squished when i stepped on them , water came out. i also found mold in the shower area , which wasn't great.

the location was convenient, a short walk to the ovo hydro.
The service in the downstairs restaurant was slow. It took forty minutes before anyone asked about drinks. staff walked past us multiple times as if we were invisible. i did not expect this from a 4-star hotel.

the hotel is close to the ovo hydro for concerts. i also appreciated the lovely walk along the river clyde to the city centre. staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the rooms were large and very clean.
the music in the skybar was too loud due to a private party, and i found the breakfast selection limited.

the restaurant offers convenient service. it caters well to all needs with its restaurant menu. i found it quite adequate, though not particularly excellent, for a quick meal before heading out to explore the city.
