the staff was friendly, its true. the breakfast had plenty of options, so i found somethin to eat. the location was beautiful, a nice escape.
the room felt a bit dated, i noticed. the carpet seemed worn. the shower pressure was low, a real disappointment. the tv remote was difficult to use, a minor frustration.

the reception staff were helpful during check in i found the room spacious and well appointed it included complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities i also took advantage of the free wifi throughout the hotel the signal was strong and reliable. the hotel grounds were immaculate and well maintained i spent some time exploring the gardens and found them peaceful and relaxing parking was ample and convenient. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options including hot and cold items all were fresh and delicious.
the television remote in the room was a little unresponsive at times i had to press the buttons several times to change channels this was a minor inconvenience though

The staff were cute and always helpful . The room had plenty of storage and comfortable seating. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, with a lounge area to sit and enjoy drinks.
The lift was quite old. I noticed the receptionist had to help with the cage door sometimes.
